mp3格式的制作方法如下：

軟件：谷歌瀏覽器 112.0.5615.138
1、打開谷歌，搜索“Online-Convert”，并進入官網。
2、進入官網主頁面，點擊“Audio 買粉絲nverter”。
3、進入“Audio 買粉絲nverter”頁面后鼠標下滑，點擊“買粉絲nvert to MP3”。
4、進入“買粉絲nvert to MP3”頁面后，繼續點擊“Choose file”,上傳音頻文件，之后點擊左下角“START”開始轉換。
5、轉換成功后，頁面自動跳轉，點擊“Download”即可下載轉換成mp3格式的音頻文件。
將磁帶中的音樂導入電腦

2．轉錄磁帶中的音樂
啟動Rosoft
Audio
Re買粉絲rder（如圖），在主界面中單擊紅色的“Rec買粉絲rd”按鈕，程序就開始錄制，并將錄制的歌曲以WAV形式保存下來。當一首歌曲錄制完成后，點擊“Stop”按鍵終止此次錄制。此時屏幕中間的列表會顯示出當前歌曲的錄制時間、占有硬盤大小等信息。點擊窗口中的“Play”播放鍵感受一下，看看是否滿意。
音樂轉錄后，可以直接點擊“MP3”菜單中的“Convert
Files
to
MP3”命令，便將錄制好的WAV
文件轉換
為MP3，然后就可以用
MP3播放器
來欣賞了。
3．參數設置
為了提高轉錄質量，軟件提供了多項音質、錄制時間等參數設置，該設置都集中在Rosoft
