youtube上面的視頻格式是.flv，flash的一種格式，和realplayer沒什么關系吧，只不過realplayer以前不支持播放flash，現在支持了。

首先我認為樓主不應該將暴風當成萬能播放器，FLV格式并不是很支持。
關于FLV格式，我一直都是用KMPlayer播放器播放，不存在播放不了的問題，功能也非常多，支持的格式比暴風也多，占用系統資源少！其實用過的人都知道，KMP絕對是播放器之王！
再就是如何下載土豆視頻，其實在網頁緩存里確實可以找到視頻文件，只要你確定這個文件就是視頻文件，那么用KMP就能播放，或者你的問題特殊，加FLV后綴就絕對沒問題！
再就是正常安裝原版迅雷，將鼠標放在土豆等播放畫面上就會出現“下載”二字，點擊即可下載視頻，但是偶爾也會失敗，多試幾次就可以了，原因不明。
FLV格式在電腦上顯示為不可識別文件，但是用KMP就可流暢播放！前提也是要先安裝REAL PLAY，我用的10版本。
我轉換FLV文件通常是將它轉換成別的常用格式，比如：RMVB，AVI，RM，WMV等等格式，我用的是
FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter破解版
（名字很長，呵呵）轉換的。轉換成常用的流行格式。
最后就用AWV轉換器即可正常轉換。
題外話，樓主使用的并非MP4，只支持一種格式，而且上必須轉換才能播放的其實正確的名字是“視頻MP3”，這種機器已經過時，或者停產，即使名牌2G也不會超過200塊，非常便宜。
MP4現在的定位是必須支持多種視頻格式，而且支持直接播放，無需轉換才叫MP4。
YouTube的視頻上的視頻也是FLV格式的，共享視頻網上的格式基本上都是FLV格式。
