外貿術語及付款方式，我整理，歡迎閱讀!
外貿常用的付款方式有三種：
一、信用證(Letter of Credit，簡稱L/C)，種類繁多;
二、匯付，主要包括電匯(Telegraphic Transfer，簡稱T/T)、信匯(Mail Transfer，簡稱M/T)和票匯(Demand Draft，簡稱D/D)三種。
三、托收(Collection)，主要包括付款交單(Documents against Payment，簡稱D/P)和承兌交單(Documents against Acceptance，簡稱D/A)兩種。
以上匯款方式中L/C用的最多，T/T其次，D/P較少，下面是關于支付條件的幾個常用術語，在制定合同的時候可以用到：
(1)Our usual method of payment is by 買粉絲nfirmed and irrevocable letter of credit available by draft at sight for the full amount of the 買粉絲ntracted goods to be established in our favor through a bank acceptable to the sellers.
我們的一般付款方式是保兌的、不可撤銷的、以我公司為受益人的、足額信用證，見票即付。信用證應通過為賣方認可的銀行開出。
(2)For payment, we require 100% value, 買粉絲nfirmed and irrevocable letter of credit with partial shipment and transshipment allowed clause, available by draft at sight, payable against surrendering the full set of shipping documents to the negotiating bank here.
我們要求用100%金額的、保兌的、不可撤銷的信用證，并規定允許轉船和分批裝運，憑匯票向議付行交單即期付款。
(3)The letter of credit should be established with its clauses in 買粉絲nfirmation with the terms and 買粉絲nditions of the 買粉絲ntract.
信用證所開條款，必須與合約條款相符。
(4)We usually accept payment by L/C at sight draft or by T/T in advance, but never by C.O.D
通常我們接受即期信用證付款或電匯。我們從不接受貨到付款的辦法。

附;一種有效的英語單詞背誦法——象形記憶
象形詞是就是人們利用單詞整體或局部結構的象形性(形狀)、特征、動作而創造出來的。在記憶過程中盡量運用直觀形象和形象思維，以提高記憶效果。這類詞在英語中占有重要地位,只要我們抓住這一特點,記憶單詞就容易多了,英語中象形詞很多,卻很少被人們發現。
例如: eye see meet sleep (e、e代表兩只眼睛);bed(b、d代表前后床頭);cup(u為杯子狀);banana(a代表香蕉的瓣,n代表連接的把);rabbit(b、b為兩只長耳朵)等。

外貿術語price term,EXW分別是指：價格術語和出廠價。
1、price term：價格術語，是在長期的國際貿易實踐中產生的，用來表示成交價格的構成和交貨條件，確定買賣雙方風險、責任、費用劃分等問題的專門用語。
常用的價格術語有：
FOB: 是Free on Board 或 Freight on Board 的英文縮寫,其中文含義為“裝運港船上交貨（....指定裝運港）”。使用該術語，賣方應負責辦理出口清關手續，在合同規定的裝運港和規定的期限內，將貨物交到買方指派的船上，承擔貨物在裝運港越過船舷之前的一切風險，并及時通知買方。
C&F: 即“Cost and Freight" 的英文縮寫，其中文含義為”成本加運費“使用該術語，賣方負責按通常的條件租船訂艙并支付到目的港的運費，按合同規定的裝運港和裝運期限將貨物裝上船并及時通知買家。
CIF: 即”Cost Insurance and Freight" 的英文縮寫，其中文含義為“成本加保險費、運費”。使用該術語，賣方負責按通常條件租船訂艙并支付到目的港的運費，在合同規定的裝運港和裝運期限內將貨物裝上船并負責辦理貨物運輸保險，支付保險費。
