退稅是不看你提單的,所以和退稅沒關系,但SHIPPER寫客戶萬一這次遇到退貨,寫了對方的名就會有很大的麻煩,同時還可能牽扯到FORMA的問題,因為FORMA的SHIPPER只能寫你們的名(檢驗局shipper只能寫在其登記注冊的企業名稱),如果你這票做信用證就是一個不符點;即使不是LC的話,我不知道進口國清關會否會有麻煩
所以最好寫自己為發貨人
