業務員的提成一事說來其實是一個公司內部管理中頭等大事,業務,直接聯絡到整個公司的生存命脈.相信90%的公司業務員的手上或多或少都有公司中不少客戶作為自己的私人客戶(無疑這是跑業務的根本生存之道,當然,除了個別例外),行業中有句俗話:一個好的業務員是用錢堆出來的,這句話是沒錯的.

業務員的提成應該直接與公司的利益掛鉤,但是提成的合理情況也看這個業務員是否有這個資格拿這個錢,準確的來講,我認為應該把核心業務員和普通業務員的待遇區分對待,為什么?雖然表面上看來,這樣會帶來負面的影響,但深入來看卻可以改變無法平衡的現狀,其改變方法可以分為以下幾步、作為一個公司的老板,需要區分開核心業務層及普通業務層,當然除了這,建議另設立一潛力業務層(顧名思義遠期培養業務骨干,工資可以按公司普通員工給予、劃分出核心業務層及普通業務層,激發團隊競爭士氣,畢竟都不是集團公司,還沒有到團隊業務合作的地步、但我相信這點沒有多少公司的老板可以做到,如果說每月底薪+(基本業務量完成后)每筆業務利潤5-10%的提成+年底公司基本花紅上升10-20%的待遇.(僅供參考,但我認為核心業務員的提成必須與公司利潤掛鉤)而普通業務員可以這樣每月底薪+完成基本任務量前提下,一倍底薪作為提成經過以上幾點,應該可以比較清楚認識到業務員應如何提成了.業務員與公
