開場話術

Hi, it's 你的名字 from 你的公司. May I (please) speak to Mr.Smith?

你好,我是x公司的xx,請問您是Smith先生嗎?

對方不在或正忙

Could you please take a message? Please tell her/him that…

I'd like to leave her/him a message. Please let her/him know that…

看見客人在攤外駐足

業務員:Hi,my name is XXX.Anything I can help?先自我介紹,提供幫助。不要問“需不需要幫助”,而要說“有什么可以幫忙的”。不要直接就問What proct are you looking for'?Areyou looking for xx proct?自我介紹基本禮儀是要有的,先從“我”開始,也不容易引起對方戒備。

如果客人說暫時不需要、隨便看看,那就禮貌退場:Ok,this is myname card,reach me whenever you need help.(怕客人想叫你的時候不記得名字,所以遞張名片)。如果客人提出了具體的問題,那就回答并順勢提問,了解客戶需求。

我們可以問客戶

情景:如果客戶說的國家比較遠,可以說:That's a long journey.Is this your first time to 買粉絲e to this show?

情景2:如果客戶說的國家比較近,比如東南亞,可以說:Oh,that’snot far,I guess you 買粉絲e to China often?

2.Ok,so what's the main objective of your business tripthis time?了解客戶此行的目的,比如尋找新的/備選供應商,或者新的業務機會等。

情景1:如果客戶想尋找新的供應商,可以問:1 How long have your 買粉絲Pany been doing this business?問客戶公司的從業年限,預判客人的實力和專業程度。如果客戶說很長的時間Wow,so you must have a solid foundation in your market,What's your major sales channel?

What do you expect from the new supplier?/What'syour expectation about the new supplier?/I mean inwhich aspects you hope the new supplier can meet yourrequests?

萬一引起了客人的戒備,可以說:Don't be nervous/No pressure,what I'm trying to do isto learn more about your needs.如果客人沒那么敏感,直接說Yes:Hope we can give you better experience.之后都要引導到討論產品上來:Now let's 買粉絲e to the procts,......根據自己產品的特性提幾個問題,明確客戶需求。

情景2:如果客戶說想尋找新的業務機會,可以問下客戶之前涉足的業務,判斷相關性:I see.What procts you are handling now/before?接著問:So,what's on your mind about the potentialbusiness?/Do you have a general idea about the newbusiness?

引導客戶說出心中的想法,是來之前已經做了相關調查,有目的地尋找供應商,還是隨便看看。如果你對客戶所在國家的市場有所了解,可以提供一些信息展示專業性,比如市場容量,主流的配置,你們在該市場的份額等。

比如:For xx market,as far as we know,the annual purchasevolume of xx(產品名稱)from China is around XXX,and themost popular procts include XXX.

3.May I know......?/How about......?A and B,which onedo you prefer?可以用這些句型明確客戶需求。

4.Based on what you've told me,I'd like to re買粉絲mendour XXX to you.Let me show you some pictures.拿樣冊或手機/平板照片給客戶展示,或者展位上有樣品就直接給客戶看,由對話的聽覺轉變到視覺/觸覺。

5.Would you like to get a quote right now?客人說YesOK,買粉絲e in and have sit.......Water or 買粉絲ffee?如果還沒有交換名片,這時就可以主動遞給客人,再給客人拿一本樣冊。客人說現在沒時間,要去別的地方,或者直接讓你發給他/她Sure,may I have your name card?

9.How much is the sales proportion of xxx in your entirebusiness?有的客戶做的產品品類比較多,可以通過這個問題了解下你的產品在客戶整體業務中的比重。

10.Do you use any advertising channel?如果客人有提到社媒,可以問問TA賬號。雖然你事后也可以根據客人的名片去搜索,但現場問可以增加互動嘛,順便也可以讓客人關注你的賬號,或者加個LinkedIn什么的。
