國際貿易術語（Trade terms），又稱貿易條件、價格術語（price terms），是用一個簡短的概念或三個字母的外文縮寫來表示價格的構成和買賣雙方在國際物流貨物交接中有關手續、費用和風險責任的劃分。

1、EXW，即工廠交貨(……指定地點)。它指賣方負有在其所在地即車間、工廠、倉庫等把備妥的貨物交付給買方的責任， 但通常不負責將貨物裝上買方準備的車輛上或辦理貨物結關。 買方承擔自賣方的所在地將貨物運至預期的目的地的全部費用和風險。
2、FCA（買粉絲 carrier）是貨交承運人（指定地點），是指賣方只要將貨物在指定的地點交給買方指定的承運人，并辦理了國際物流出口清關手續，即完成交貨。
3、FAS，船邊交貨是指賣方負責把貨物交到港口碼頭買方指定船只的船邊，船舶不能停靠碼頭需要過駁時，交到駁船上，賣方的風險、責任和費用均以此為界，以后一切風險和費用均由買方承擔的一種買賣協議。在對外貿易中，當賣方不愿承擔貨物的實際出口責任，或者貨物在裝船方面有特殊困難時，往往采取船邊交貨條件，以便使自己免除某些義務。
4、FOB，船上交貨價亦稱“離岸價”。當國際物流貨物在指定的裝運港越過船舷，賣方即完成交貨。這意味著買方必須從該點起承擔貨物滅失或損壞的一切風險。此外賣方必須辦理貨物出口清關手續。本術語僅適用于國際海運或內河運輸。
5、CFR，成本加運費（Cost and Freight）(named port of shipment)，指定目的港。它指賣方必須支付把貨物運至指定目的港所需的開支和運費，但從貨物交至船上甲板后，貨物的風險、滅失或損壞以及發生事故后造成的額外開支，在貨物越過指定港的船舷后，就由賣方轉向買方負擔．另外要求賣方辦理貨物的出口結關手續。本術語適用于國際海運或內河運輸。
6、CIF，指定目的港，其原文為Cost,Insurance and Freight(insert named port of destination)按此術語成交，貨價的構成因素中包括從裝運港至約定目的地港的通常運費和約定的保險費，故賣方除具有與CFR術語的相同的義務外，還要為買方辦理貨運保險，支付保險費，按一般國際貿易慣例，賣方投保的保險金額應按CIF價加成10%。如買賣雙方未約定具體險別，則賣方只需取得最低限底的保險險別，如買方要求加保戰爭保險，在保險費由買方負擔的前提下，賣方應予加保，賣方投保時，如能辦到，必須以合同貨幣投保。
