國外和國內無論是生活環境還是人的價值觀都有很大的差異，在一個新的環境中生活可以體驗全新的風土人情，領略不通風民俗文化，可以開拓個人眼界。
二、出國留學的弊
1.交流上不夠流暢
由于語言原因、文化原因等等。所以需要學習不少語言與文化。特別是在跟社會打交道的時候，比如找房子、寫契約之類的。而且價值觀上與國內的價值觀有一定的違背。
2.費用高
出國留學還是需要有一定的經濟基礎的。英國現在的碩士一年的整體費用30萬上下，澳大利亞和英國差不多，美國加拿大的話，大概是40萬左右。
3.誘惑大
國外環境相比國內更為開放，也更具誘惑性，自控能力差的同學容易受到不良誘惑，誤入歧途。如果沒有學到真正的知識，會白白浪費幾年光陰和大筆金錢
4.遠離親人
出國難免要面臨與親人朋友的分別，孩子年齡都偏小，一下子到異國他鄉，難免會特別想念家人，容易覺得特別孤單，不利于孩子心理健康的成長。
