外貿業務員如何跟進客戶郵件?報過去價格,沒有回音

當客戶不回復你的回信的時候,我想問幾個問題:

1. 你在報價前了解客戶的情況了嗎?你了解他的公司名、買粉絲、所在地、公司運營方式。如果你不了解,只是充滿希望地給他發了一份詳盡的報價,在沒得到回復后無端地打擊自己,而且也沒有找到原因,長此以往,也許你的自信心就沒了,你開始懷疑公司的實力和自己的能力,更有可能放棄外貿這一行業,這值得嗎?

a. 這封詢盤很可能是競爭對手探價,如果他沒有給你買粉絲和國外的電話,郵件地址還是一個免費的,你就不得先問一問了

b. 他是哪個國家的,公司實力如何,如果是尼日利亞的呢?你卻沒了解過,

c. 他是什么類型的公司,是零售、系統集成、個人還是批發商?如果前幾種,他不回就讓他不回吧,省點時間嘆氣,找別的客戶去吧

2.報價前你了解他的需求了嗎?
