它指賣方除負有與“成本加運費”術語相同的義務外，賣方還須辦理貨物在運輸途中應由買方承擔購貨物滅失或損壞的海運保險并支付保險費。本術語適用于海運或內河運輸。
3、完稅后交貨（DDP）
本術語的英文為“Delivered Duty Paid(...

ofdestination)”，即“完稅后交貨(......指定目的地)”。它是指賣方將備好的貨物在進口國指定地點交付，而且承擔將貨物運至指定地點的一切費用和風險，并辦理進口結關。本術語可適用于各種運輸方式。
