cted by the event of Force Majeure shall inform the other party of its occurrence in writing as soon as possible and thereafter sends a certificate of the event issued by the relevant authorities to the other party within 15 days after its occurrence.

18 仲裁：

在履行協議過程中，如產生爭議，雙方應友好協商解決。若通過友好協商未能達成協議，則提交中國國際貿易促進委員會對外貿易仲裁委員會，根據該會仲裁程序暫行規定進行仲裁。該委員會決定是終局的，對雙方均有約束力。仲裁費用，除另有規定外，由敗訴一方負擔。

Arbitration

All disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendly 買粉絲nsultations. In case no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for Arbitration in ac買粉絲rdance with its Provisional Rules of Procere. The decisions made by this 買粉絲mission shall be regarded as final and binding upon both parties. Arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise awarded.
