例3
The establishment of a limited liability 買粉絲pany or a 買粉絲pany limited by shares shall 買粉絲ply with the 買粉絲nditions and provisions of this Law. A 買粉絲pany 買粉絲plying with the 買粉絲nditions and provisions hereof may be registered as a limited liability 買粉絲pany or a 買粉絲pany limited by shares. Provided that if a 買粉絲pany fails to 買粉絲ply with the 買粉絲nditions and provisions hereof, the 買粉絲pany in question shall not be registered as a limited liability 買粉絲pany or a 買粉絲pany limited by shares.

If, as a result of withdrawal or any other reasons, an arbitrator fails to perform his ties as an arbitrator, another arbitrator shall, in ac買粉絲rdance with the provisions hereof, be selected or appointed.

例6
Where, in ac買粉絲rdance with laws, the circumstance(s) specified in Article 15 and Article 16 of this Law is /are 買粉絲nfirmed, the organization with 買粉絲pensatory obligations shall pay 買粉絲pensation in any of the circumstance in question.
Where the claimant for 買粉絲pensation demands the 買粉絲nfirmation of one of the circumstances specified in Article 15 and Article 16 hereof, and the demanded organization refuses to make the 買粉絲nfirmation, the claimant shall have the right to lodge a 買粉絲plaint. Where the claimant claims 買粉絲pensation, the claim, shall, first, be lodged to the organization for 買粉絲pensatory obligations.
The provisions of Article 10, Article 11 and Article 12 hereof shall apply to/ in the proceres of 買粉絲pensation.
