any 是在疑問句/否定句中使用的，你的例句中兄弟、姐妹都已經用了復數，其實可以不用any ,所以any 在例句中的意義其實不大。
例句中，你已經對兄弟或者姐妹都提問了，or 翻不翻譯出來都沒有關系。但是英文里必須用or將兄弟姐妹中間的間隔。
其實英文里面很多是意譯的，翻譯出來的時候，可能會將某些單詞淹沒了。
