4.特殊情況下的付款方式（Special arrangement for payment)

裝運與交貨－－SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
1.交貨條件 Terms of shipment
（1）Goods will be shipped within 30 days after receipt of your L/C.
貨可于收到貴方信用證后三十天內裝出。
（2）Shipment is to be made ring April to June in three equal lots.
貨將于四月至六月份三批平均裝完。
（3）We shall effect shipment in July provided your letter of credit reaches here before the 15th June.
我們可于七月裝貨，但信用證必須于六月十五日前到達。
（4）Generally,shipment can be effected within 30 days after receipt of your L/C but specific time is to be fixed upon receipt of your official order.
貨一般可于收到信用證后三十天內裝出，但具體時間須收到正式訂單后決定。
（5）Shipment of this article in our assorted designs can usually be effected within 30 days after receipt of your L/C,while in buyer's designs,within 60-120days.
此品種如是我方選配花色則一般可于收到信用證后30天內裝出，如是按買戶花色，則須60天－120天內裝出。
（6）The shipment time is Feb.or Mar. at our option and the goods will be shipped in one lot.
裝運期為二月或三月，由我決定，貨物將一批裝完。
2.更改船期（因船期關系）Altering time of shipment
（1）Owing to the shipping schele,it will be impossible for us to ship the goods until the end of Jan.,which please note.
請注意，由于船期關系，要到一月底才能裝運。
（2）We regret our inability to 買粉絲ply with your request for shipping the goods in early Jan.,because the direct steamer sailing for Basrah calls on our port only around the 20th every month.
我們遺憾不能按您的要求于一月初裝運此貨，因為到貴方巴士拉港的直接船每月在20號左右抵達我港。
（3）As the only direct steamer which calls on our port once a month has just departed,goods can only be shipped next month.
由于每一次抵港的直接船已啟航，貨只能下月裝運。
3.更改裝期（因我方責任）Altering time of shipment(our responsibility)
（1）The persent overhaul of equipments in the mills will delay the shipment for one monty's time,therefore,please accept the posponement of shipment till Feb. 2006.
由于目前工廠設備維修將推遲裝運期一個月，請接受交期延至2006年2月。
（2）We regret that our mills are facing difficulty in the 買粉絲urse of printing the design required,and should ask for your 買粉絲nsent to the postponement of shipment to the end of Jan.
我們很抱歉，工廠在印刷貴方要求的小樣時遇到困難，請同意交期延至一月底。
1、FOB——Free On Board
也稱“船上交貨價”，是國際貿易中常用的貿易術語之一。按離岸價進行的交易，買方負責派船接運貨物，賣方應在合同規定的裝運港和規定的期限內將貨物裝上買方指定的船只，并及時通知買方。貨物在裝運港被裝上指定船時，風險即由賣方轉移至買方。
2、CIF——Cost,Insurance and Freight
CIF術語的中譯名為成本加保險費加運費，（指定目的港，其原文為Cost,Insurance and Freight(insert named port of destination)按此術語成交。
貨價的構成因素中包括從裝運港至約定目的地港的通常運費和約定的保險費，故賣方除具有與CFR術語的相同的義務外，還要為買方辦理貨運保險，支付保險費，按一般國際貿易慣例，賣方投保的保險金額應按CIF價加成10%。
如買賣雙方未約定具體險別，則賣方只需取得最低限底的保險險別，如買方要求加保戰爭保險，在保險費由買方負擔的前提下，賣方應予加保，賣方投保時，如能辦到，必須以合同貨幣投保。
