02 外貿催客戶下單的郵件(外貿中由于快過年了,單子比較多,讓客戶趕快下單怎么說)

促單郵件能吸引客戶回復,這是和催單郵件一個很大的不同,催單郵件很多時候,令人反感和抵觸,而促單郵件不會。

這封郵件中,我用了三個促單因素(理由),一是優惠期限即將到期、二是原料價格上漲、三是物流運費問題。

除了這三個因素,還有匯率變動、工人緊缺等,都可以用作促單理由。

春節促單模板

上面說的是觀點和思路,但我知道大家喜歡更直接的模板,所以,這里也給大家提供春節促單的模板。

第一種:面對不知道有沒有訂單意向的客戶,我們發個郵件試探一下。

Hi Sir,  

How are you?

第二種:面對有訂單意向,但還在猶豫的客戶,我們發個郵件刺激一下。

Hi Sir,  

Wish you have a nice day.

Chinese New Year 買粉絲ing soon ,we have a holiday from the 6th to the 19th February .

(中國的新年即將到來,我們的假期從6號到19號。)

Is your order urgent? When do you expect to receive the goods? Since the factory is closed ring the holiday, we will help you plan the time in advance if your order is urgent.

(您的訂單緊急嗎?您希望什么時間能收到貨?因為工廠在放假期間不工作,所以如果您的訂單緊急的話,我們要提前幫您計劃時間。)

And I have to inform you that the price of raw materials is rising now, and I am not sure what the price will be after the holiday, so can you pay the deposit first to lock the order? We will purchase raw materials at current prices so that we will not be threatened by rising raw material prices.

(另外,不得不跟您說明一點,就是目前原料在漲價,不確定假期過后是什么價格,所以您是不是可以先付定金鎖定訂單?我們也將按現在的價格購買原料,這樣就不會受到原價價格上漲的威脅。)

以上模板舉一反三夠我們春節發給各式各樣的客戶了,但模板雖好,卻不可偷懶,重要客戶的郵件還需針對性來寫,想要打動客戶,誠意很重要。

外貿如何發郵件催客戶回復?
