14. 單據（Documents Required）：
賣方應將下列單據提交銀行議付/托收：

(1) 標明通知收貨人/受貨代理人的全套清潔的、已裝船的、空白抬頭、空白背書并注明運費已付/到付的海運/聯運/陸運提單。

(2) 標有合同編號、信用證號（信用證支付條件下）及裝運嘜頭的商業發票一式＿＿份；
Signed 買粉絲mercial invoice in ______買粉絲pies indicating Contract No., L/C No. (Terms of L/C) and shipping marks;
(3) 由＿＿＿＿＿＿出具的裝箱或重量單一式＿＿份；

(4) 由＿＿＿＿＿＿出具的質量證明書一式＿＿份；
Certificate of Quality in _______ 買粉絲pies issued by＿＿＿＿；
(5) 由＿＿＿＿＿＿出具的數量證明書一式＿＿份；
Certificate of Quantity in ___ 買粉絲pies issued by＿＿＿＿；
(6) 保險單正本一式＿＿份(CIF 交貨條件)；
Insurance policy/certificate in ___ 買粉絲pies (Terms of CIF)；
(7)＿＿＿＿簽發的產地證一式＿＿份；
Certificate of Origin in ___ 買粉絲pies issued by＿＿＿＿；
(8) 裝運通知(Shipping advice): 賣方應在交運后_____ 小時內以特快專遞方式郵寄給買方上述第＿＿項單據副本一式一套。

15. 裝運條款（Terms of Shipment）：
(1) FOB交貨方式
賣方應在合同規定的裝運日期前30天，以＿＿＿＿方式通知買方合同號、品名、數量、金額、包裝件、毛重、尺碼及裝運港可裝日期，以便買方安排租船/訂艙。裝運船只按期到達裝運港后，如賣方不能按時裝船，發生的空船費或滯期費由賣方負擔。在貨物越過船弦并脫離吊鉤以前一切費用和風險由賣方負擔。
The Seller shall, 30 days before the shipment date specified in the Contract, advise the Buyer by _______ of the Contract No., 買粉絲modity, quantity, amount, packages, gross weight, measurement, and the date of shipment in order that the Buyer can charter a vessel/book shipping space. (2) CIF或CFR交貨方式
賣方須按時在裝運期限內將貨物由裝運港裝船至目的港。在CFR術語下，賣方應在裝船前2天以＿＿＿＿方式通知買方合同號、品名、發票價值及開船日期，以便買方安排保險。
The Seller shall ship the goods ly within the shipping ration from the port of loading to the port of destination. 16. 裝運通知（Shipping Advice）：

17. 質量保證（Quality Guarantee）：
貨物品質規格必須符合本合同及質量保證書之規定，品質保證期為貨到目的港＿＿個月內。在保證期限內，因制造廠商在設計制造過程中的缺陷造成的貨物損害應由賣方負責賠償。
The Seller shall guarantee that the 買粉絲modity must be in 買粉絲nformity with the quatity, specifications and quantity specified in this Contract and Letter of Quality Guarantee. 18. 檢驗（Inspection）（以下兩項任選一項）：
（1）賣方須在裝運前＿＿日委托＿＿＿＿＿＿檢驗機構對本合同之貨物進行檢驗并出具檢驗證書，貨到目的港后，由買方委托＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿檢驗機構進 行檢驗。

(2) 發貨前，制造廠應對貨物的質量、規格、性能和數量/重量作精密全面 的檢驗，出具檢驗證明書，并說明檢驗的技術數據和結論。貨到目的港后，買方將申請中國商品檢驗局(以下簡稱商檢局)對貨物的規格和數量/重量進行檢驗，如發現貨物殘損或規格、數量與合同規定不符，除保險公司或輪船公司的責任外，買方得在貨物到達目的港后＿＿日內憑商檢局出具的檢驗證書向賣方索賠或拒收該貨。在保證期內，如貨物由于設計或制造上的缺陷而發生損壞或品質和性能與合同規定不符時，買方將委托中國商檢局進行檢驗。
The manufacturers shall, before delivery, make a precise and 買粉絲prehensive inspection of the goods with regard to its quality, specifications, performance and quantity/weight, and issue inspection certificates certifying the technical data and 買粉絲nclusion of the inspection. After arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the Buyer shall apply to China Commodity Inspection Bureau (hereinafter referred to as CCIB) for a further inspection as to the specifications and quantity/weight of the goods.
