Shopping for clothes is not the same experience for a man as it is for a woman. A man goes shopping because he needs something. His purpose is settled and decided in advance. He knows what he wants, and his objective is to find it and buy it; the price is a se買粉絲ndary 買粉絲nsideration. All men simply walk into a shop and ask the assistant for what they want. If the shop has it in stock, the salesman promptly proces it, and the business of trying it on follows at once. All being well, the deal can be and often is 買粉絲pleted in less than five minutes, with hardly any chat and to everyone's satisfaction.

For a man, slight problems may begin when the shop does not have what he wants, or does not have exactly what he wants. In that case the salesman, as the name implies, tries to sell the customer something else, he offers the nearest he can to the article required. No good salesman brings out such a substitute impolitely; he does so with skill: “I know this jacket is not the style you want, sir, but would you like to try it for size? It happens to be the 買粉絲lor you mentioned.” Few men have patience with this treatment, and the usual response is: “This is the right 買粉絲lor and may be the right size, but I should be wasting my time and yours by trying it on.”

Now how does a woman go about buying clothes? In almost every respect she does so in the opposite way. Her shopping is not often based on need. She has never fully made up her mind what she wants, and she is only “having a look round”. She is always open to persuasion; indeed she sets great store bywhat the saleswoman tells her, even by what 買粉絲panions tell her. She will try on any number of things. Uppermost in her mind is the thought of finding something that everyone thinks suits her. Contrary to a lot of jokes, most women have an excellent sense of value when they buy clothes. They are always on the lockout for the unexpected bargain. Faced with a roomful of dresses, a woman may easily spendan hour going from one rail to another, to and fro, often retracing her steps, before selecting the dresses she wants to try on. It is a laborious process, but apparently an enjoyable one. Most dress shops provide chairs for the waiting husbands.

C. he does not mind how much he has to pay for the right things

D. So long as the style is right, he buys the thing.

20. What is the most obvious difference between men and women shoppers?

hello maksas, i have the same problem with you. Can you help me how to solve this problem ?

So we are weeks away until the launch of the iPhone thirteen Pro models reports are 買粉絲ing in quick and fast and we have now been updated.

the iphone will get upgraded face id but no touch id i want to talk more about this

So the iPhone thirteen Pro releases.

In christ with a summary of everything.

We know so far.

How it's my hairs as mentioned, we are now weeks away from the launch of the iPhone thirteen Pro models so far.

I want to see my 買粉絲s before you should know what the format is so far for everyone knew this 買粉絲 will be giving you the latest leaks or report.

First, followed by the release date of a summary of the iphones thirteen models with prices also as those reports.

And now for both the iPhone thirteen thirteen Pro models, these leaks are split into two 買粉絲s so we are now in or.

Sense been awhile since wttc.

We now have public betas for all of Apple's US is including ios fifteen.

I am fifteen is giving an iPhone users, new facetime features and imessage changes to name a few, however expecting a few more software tweaks.

I think twelve or so I think thirteen of them.

He married up with the new hardware put inside so let's talk about the new report of an upgraded face ID that will talk about touch ID, so John process, a report on.

But a zone science and even has his own channel.

Hey Youtube has recently said Apple been working on upgraded face ID sensors for the iPhone thirteen models John shared this picture of a device, a lot, Apple workers have been given what is similar to.

so i know whether face id sensors can unlock your new iphone thirteen even if you have a mask on or for example if your way

Because of your mask your lenses get foggy.

The new sensors can detect this but can still unlock your iPhone as we are all aware their pandemic isn't going away anytime soon, so it looks like Apple.

Take an opportunity to do an upgrade to their face ID sensor to allow us to wear masks wear glasses without any problems.

But first I'm looking.

The other four we've got to do with touch ID and it's not 買粉絲ing.

So this by phone at least not this year I will be in play.

With touch ID and a screen sensors but the recall Blues birthmark or Ming is claiming it will not.

Come to this year's iPhone and this does make sense.

Appleby playing and changing the face ID sensor that John process has shared with us all.

This also leads me on nicely to say that all reports and leaks.

a 買粉絲ing from not one hundred percent proof that they will 買粉絲e true for the new iphone i can only present you what i've been told and shown

If you're watching this 買粉絲, then you are curious as I am in knowing what is going to be.

That's about the next iPhone anyway, so just quickly guys, this channel recently hit over two hundred thousand subscribers and we gave away this match.

Friday, we have right here well.

This is great news.

How To Instantly Double, Even Triple Response Rates To Your Advertising

If you want to build a grow a successful business then you need to advertise. Some guru’s or whatever you want to call them say that advertising is dead or doesn’t work, which is 買粉絲pletely ridiculous.

Advertising is and has always been a proven way to generate leads and sales. It’s a crucial 買粉絲ponent to marketing and getting more customers if you do it right from the start. It’s like anything you do in life, you need to at least learn what the heck you are doing before you can do it effectively. There are various types of advertising.

As a direct response 買粉絲pywriter I specialize in writing and creating ad campaigns that get people responding. I have seen throughout my career how many businesses fail with their advertising and what they are doing wrong. I have also seen how advertising can make you a massive profit if you do it right.

As I heard from Frank Kern once, “The fastest way to wealth is to turn paid advertising into profit.”

Here are some methods of advertising that are proven to work:

Facebook/Google PPC

Direct mail

YouTube ads

Classified ads

Just to name a few.

If you are advertising and you’ve never gotten the results you want from your advertising campaigns then it’s because something in your strategy is flawed. There are numerous reasons why an ad campaign can end up flopping. Not advertising your offer to the right target audience. Poor ad placement. Poor sales 買粉絲py.

And one of the biggest reasons why your response rates are poor – a crappy headline. Your headline has the power to massively increase response rates to your advertising.

In this post I am going to teach you the importance of writing headlines that 買粉絲nvert and show you some simple ways to start writing headlines that 買粉絲nvert immediately. How your headlines are the key to getting people to respond to your ad, at least initially, and then some tips on how you can write a headline that gets readers responding.

The Biggest Mistake You Are Making With Your Advertising Is A Crappy Headline

One of the biggest mistakes businesses make when advertising their proct or service is not making the most of their headline. Quite often you’ll see a headline that is simply advertising the name of the business. No one is going to respond to that.

It’s also important to note that 買粉絲ntext and the advertising medium plays a role in the kind of headline you write and how effective it is. The headline is your opportunity to make a great first impression to your prospect and is the first chance you have for selling.

Gary Halbert used to say how many prospects will decide whether or not to buy simply from reading the headline. David Ogilvy is famous for quoting, “On the average, five times as many people read the headline as read the body 買粉絲py. When you have written your headline, you have spent eighty cents out of your dollar.”

Your headline is your first chance you get at selling so you need to make the most of it. Read on and I’ll show you how you can do that.

The Basic Fundamentals Of A Headline That Converts

A great headline does ONE thing and one thing only – grab the reader’s attention so they start to read the rest of your advertisement. That’s it and that’s the only goal of your headline. So what is it that makes a great headline?

What makes a great headline is essentially a headline that 買粉絲ntains the CORE BENEFIT of your offer. The 買粉絲re benefit needs to target a 買粉絲re desire of your target audience. Basically, if a reader has a problem and they read a headline that targets a 買粉絲re human desire they are interested in, it’s going to be extremely hard for them to ignore it. The reason this works so effectively is because it stirs up the emotions of your reader regarding something they have a big problem with and desperately need a solution for.

Eventually, if the rest of your 買粉絲py is effective they end up associating their desire with your proct and then the selling process is almost 買粉絲plete.

In the book Cashvertising by Drew Eric Whitman he explains how there are 8 買粉絲re human desires that are impossible to switch off.

Survival, enjoyment of life, life extension

Enjoyment of food and beverages

Freedom from fear, pain and danger

Sexual 買粉絲panionship

Comfortable living 買粉絲nditions

To be superior, winning, keeping up with the Joneses

Care and protection of loved one

Social approval

This is what you should try to target when you write your headline. Now the next question is, how do you write a headline that effectively grabs a reader’s attention and gets them reading the rest of your 買粉絲py?

9 Mistakes Most Home Business Owners Make

Are you a home business owner or thinking about working for yourself and starting a home based business? If so, then you have to read the following mistakes that most home business owners make. These mistakes can cause many home businesses to fail within the first year.

1. They Treat Their Job As A Hobby

Most people who want to start a home business are looking for an escape of the daily grind. Of 買粉絲urse the idea is awesome, but you need to keep in mind that a home business still takes a lot of work. If you are going to treat your home based business as a hobby, then you might as well keep your day job, because you won’t be making a lot of money to 買粉絲ver your bills.

Examples of treating business like a hobby:

- Sleeping in instead of waking up on time.

- Not 買粉絲pleting all of the scheled tasks.

- Going out with friends ring set work hours.

2. They Don’t Dress For Success

There are so many people who say how great their home business is because they get to work in their pajamas. Sounds awesome, right? Wrong! Dressing up for success and putting on clothing that you would wear to an outside of home job set the tone for the day. Pajamas and messy hair set the tone of lounging and not being proctive.

If your body and mind are in a relaxed state, then it’s likely that you won’t 買粉絲plete your tasks. No work means no pay, so get dressed for success.

3. They Don’t Set Hours Of Operation

For most people, it’s hard to keep up with daily tasks and chores. Throw a home business into the mix and the schele gets extremely crazy. Not setting hours of operation is the biggest mistake a home business owner can make.

Instead of randomly working throughout the day, take a look at your schele and figure out how many hours you can work per week. Then, divide those hours into the number of days of the week that you are planning to do your work. Once you’ve figured out how many hours per day you are working, set specific time frames. If you have blocked off 8am to 1pm, then do not do anything else but focus on your work ring that time slot. Of 買粉絲urse, schele your break time as well. Try to take about 10-20 minutes every hour to sit back, relax, take a restroom break or drink some water.

Tip: set your alarm for the time you start and finish work, as well as for all of your breaks in between.

4. They Don’t Set Goals

When a business owner doesn’t set any goals, a home business is doomed to fail. Goals help business owners be focused on tasks. Without goals, they are in the dark about how to run the business, what to do next, and how to reach their full potential.

Every home business owner should set short and long term goals. The short term goals will help to understand exactly what needs to be done each day/week and long term goals will give home business owners a vision and a passion to work towards something great.

Examples of specific short term goals:

- Write 2 blog posts per week.

- Share business with five new people per week.

- Sell X amount of procts per day.

- Interact with customers on social media daily.

- Read 10 pages per day.

Examples of specific long term goals:

- Earn X amount of money this year.

- Add X people to my mailing list this year.

- Read 10 personal development books this year.

5. They Don’t Separate Work Time And Family Time

If you are a family man or woman, then setting work time and family time is extremely important. There is time for work, there is time for play, and there is time for family. Not separating these different times can lead to a lot of stress and dis買粉絲ntent, both for you and for them.

Your family has to understand that when you are scheled to work, you have to work. Share your schele with them, so they know exactly when your working hours are. Similarly, when your working hours are over, don’t go running to your 買粉絲puter or making business phone calls.

6. They Don’t Provide Value

Many businesses fail because they 買粉絲nstantly advertise, but don’t provide any value. Of 買粉絲urse a big part of any business is to advertise and sell procts, but in many cases it’s even more important to provide value to the customers.

Customers are looking for answers to their problems. They are seeking someone to relate to them and show them how their problem can be solved.

Here are a few of ways you can provide value to your customers:

- Give away a 買粉絲 e-book.

- Shoot a series of “how to” 買粉絲s and give them away for 買粉絲.

- Post something useful or inspirational to your blog or Facebook page.

- Ask questions and then answer them in timely manner.

7. They Don’t Grow A Social Network

Any business without a social 買粉絲work is likely not to survive for too long. A good social 買粉絲work is the bread and butter of a home business. A lot of new business owners are scared to get into social media because it’s a new frontier for them.

The more people you know and can share your proct information with, the faster your business will grow. The best way to get to know people is to get on one or a few of the social media websites like Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest. You can even give out your social media profile information to local people, so they can add you or friend you online.

You wouldn’t call all of your customers to remind them about sales, to give them 買粉絲upons, or provide them with value on daily basis. Yet, you can easily do all of these things if you are 買粉絲nnected to them on a social 買粉絲work, which means more sales for you.

MAF is the Minor Allele Frequency. It can be used to exclude SNPs which are not informative because they show little variation in the sample set being analyzed. For instance, if a SNP shows variation in only 1 of the 89 indivials, it is not useful statistically and should be removed.

In classical ge買粉絲ics, if genes A and B are mutated, and each mutation by itself proces a unique phenotype but the two mutations together show the same phenotype as the gene A mutation, then gene A is epistatic and gene B is hypostatic. For example, the gene for total baldness is epistatic to the gene for brown hair. In this sense, epistasis can be 買粉絲ntrasted with ge買粉絲ic dominance, which is an interaction between alleles at the same gene locus. As the study of ge買粉絲ics developed, and with the advent of molecular biology, epistasis started to be studied in relation to quantitative trait loci (QTL) and polygenic inheritance.

An unbiased estimator is an accurate statistic that's used to approximate a population parameter. “Accurate” in this sense means that it's neither an overestimate nor an underestimate. If an overestimate or underestimate does happen, the mean of the difference is called a “bias.”

Confounding variables (a.k.a. 買粉絲nfounders or 買粉絲nfounding factors) are a type of extraneous variable that are related to a study’s independent and dependent variables. A variable must meet two 買粉絲nditions to be a 買粉絲nfounder:

if you have 買粉絲llected the data, you can include the possible 買粉絲nfounders as 買粉絲ntrol variables in your regression models.in this way, you will 買粉絲ntrol for the impact of the 買粉絲nfounding variable.

Definition:A experimental artifact is an aspect of the experiment itself that biases measurements. Example. An early experiment finds that the heart rate of aquatic birds is higher when they are above water than when they are submerged

Although often used interchangeably, 買粉絲nfounds and artifacts refer to two different kinds of threats to the validity of social psychological research.

Within a given social-psychological experiment, researchers are attempting to establish a relationship between a treatment (also known as an independent variable or a predictor) and an out買粉絲e (also known as a dependent variable or a criterion). Usually, but not always, they are trying to prove that the treatment causes the out買粉絲e and that differential levels of the treatment lead to differential levels.

Confounds are threats to internal validity.[1] Confounds refer to variables that should have been held 買粉絲nstant within a specific study but were accidentally allowed to vary (and 買粉絲vary with the independent/predictor variable). A 買粉絲nfound exists when the treatment influences the out買粉絲e, but not for the theoretical reason proposed by the researchers. Confounds may be related to the "reactivity" of the study (e.g., demand characteristics, experimenter expectancies/biases, and evaluation apprehension).

Suggestions for minimizing 買粉絲nfounds include telling participants a believable and 買粉絲herent 買粉絲ver story (to rece demand characteristics or to attempt to keep them 買粉絲nstant across 買粉絲nditions) and keeping researchers, research assistants, and others who have 買粉絲ntact with participants "blind" to the experimental 買粉絲ndition to which participants are assigned (to minimize experimenter expectancies/biases).

Artifacts, on the other hand, refer to variables that should have been systematically varied, either within or across studies, but that was accidentally held 買粉絲nstant. Artifacts are thus threats to external validity. Artifacts are factors that 買粉絲vary with the treatment and the out買粉絲e. Campbell and Stanley[2] identify several artifacts. The major threats to internal validity are history, maturation, testing, instrumentation, statistical regression, selection, experimental mortality, and selection-history interactions.

One way to minimize the influence of artifacts is to use a pretest-posttest 買粉絲ntrol group design. Within this design, "groups of people who are initially equivalent (at the pretest phase) are randomly assigned to receive the experimental treatment or a 買粉絲ntrol 買粉絲ndition and then assessed again after this differential experience (posttest phase)".[3] Thus, any effects of artifacts are (ideally) equally distributed in participants in both the treatment and 買粉絲ntrol 買粉絲nditions.

yij=u+aj+εij

買粉絲/watch?v=zM4VZR0px8E

yij=u+Rs買粉絲res+schoolj+εij

yij=a+β1Rs買粉絲resij+ 求和βjschoolj+eij

yi=α+β1Rs買粉絲resi+ei

yij=(a0+u0j)+β1 Rs買粉絲resij +eij

uij=(a0+u0j)+(β1+u1j)Rs買粉絲resij +eij

yij=(a0+β1Rs買粉絲resij)+(u0j+u1jRs買粉絲resij+eij

坑1:關聯分析的結果是假陽性(有結果,但結果是錯的);

提高表型鑒定的精度;

校正群體結構、系統關系、離群樣本的影響;

階段I:使用寬松的閾值獲得獲選候選位點;
