你這個概念很模糊，我是做石油機械的，和油管打交道多，平式扣短接，是指兩端都有平式油管扣的短接，起變徑連接或使設備或工具和油管連接的作用
平式油管扣這是老叫法，現在在圖紙上不這樣標注了，在扣型尺寸后面標TBG字樣，表示是平式油管扣
