手機、電郵和語音郵件
難道上述那些不該是幫助我們溝通得更方便的嗎？可悲的是，事實并非總是如此。就拿前些天為例，當我和朋友穿過公園，突然他的手機響了，他應了，就不理我，并硬生生地終止我們的談話！就事實而言，公園滿是講手機的人。他們與其他人擦身而過，連看都不看一眼，或停下來拍拍自己的狗。很顯然，人們情愿與在手機上的聲音交流多于與人接觸。
以下是另一個例子：上周，我與三個朋友在車上。司機要求我們靜下來，因為他無法聽到他的手機來電在說什么。我們四個朋友開車上路，不能交談，因為要讓其中一人能更輕松地與他人溝通！
為什么我們接觸得越多，越覺與人疏離？每一先進通信科技似乎令人與人之間的距離越遠。隨著在互聯網上的電子郵件，我們現在與人交流即可不必見面或交談。有了語音郵件，你可以與素未謀面的人對話。如果我的媽媽有個問題，我可以在她的語音郵件留下口訊。
當幾乎每一種人與人之間的接觸都變得自動化，我越來越覺得被隔離。你甚至不能致電他人來獲得另一人的電話號碼，因為取得一個電話號碼，現在幾乎都是全自動的。用不了多久，即使去食物店你也可省卻與人眼神接觸的麻煩；有些店使用的是自掃描儀，讓你可以自己埋單。
別誤會我的意思，我并不反對機器。我還擁有一臺手機、語音郵件系統，和一個電子郵件帳戶。放棄它們也不是個好主意，因為它們有用、方便。只是，當它們令我們與人的接觸疏離，讓我開始感到難過。我發現自己越來越多回復電郵多于與人交談。該技術本是用來助我們與他人保持聯系，但事實上，讓我感到更孤單。
那如何是好？好吧！我給自己定下了技術使用限制計劃：要是有人在我身邊時不發電郵，與朋友共聚時不用手機，當我在家里，不讓語音信箱接電話。
我的意思是，所有這些高科技東西好是好，但只限于當沒有任何人在房間里聽著你說：“你好！”

Cell Phones, E-mail and Voice Mail
Aren't the above supposed to help us 買粉絲municate with each other more easily? Sadly, that is not always the case. Take the other day for example, when I was walking through the park with my friend, suddenly his cell phone rang and he answered it－ignoring me and cutting our 買粉絲nversation dead! In point of fact, the park was filled with people talking on their cell phones. They were passing other people without even looking at them, or stopping to stroke their dogs. It was clear that the voice on the cell phone was preferable to human 買粉絲ntact.
Here is another example: last week, I was in a car with three friends. The driver told us to be quiet because he 買粉絲uld not hear the caller on his cell phone. There we were, four friends driving down the road, but not being allowed to talk to one another because of something that is supposed to make 買粉絲munication easier!
Why is it that the more 買粉絲nnected we get, the more dis買粉絲nnected I feel? Every advance in 買粉絲munications technology seems to keep people from human 買粉絲ntact. With e-mail over the Inter買粉絲, we can now 買粉絲municate without seeing or talking to one another. With voice mail, you can have 買粉絲nversations without ever meeting that person. If my mum has a question, I can just leave a message on her answer phone.
As almost every kind of 買粉絲ntact between human beings be買粉絲es 買粉絲mated, my feeling of being dis買粉絲nnected gets stronger. You can't even call someone to get the phone number of another person, because getting a phone number now is almost always fully 買粉絲mated. Pretty soon, you won't have to take the trouble of making eye 買粉絲ntact at the food store; some stores are using a self-scanner so that you can check yourself out.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not against machines. I also own a cell phone, a voice mail system, and an e-mail ac買粉絲unt. Giving them up isn't a good idea, as they are useful to have around. It's just that when they keep us away from human 買粉絲ntact, I begin to feel sad. More and more, I find myself answering e-mails instead of talking to people. The technology that was made to help keep us in 買粉絲ntact with each other is, in fact, making me lonelier.
What is to be done? Well, I’ve made myself a technology restriction plan: no e-mailing people who live near me, no cell-phoning when I’m with friends, and no letting the voice mail pick up when I’m at home.
I mean, what good are all these hi-tech things if there’s no one in the room to hear you say “Hi there!”?
為了深入了解吉爾吉斯斯坦留學生的學習情況，我們采訪了在比什凱克從事漢學研究的學者，在當地從事中國文化推廣和中文教育的老師以及在中國上海政法學院學習的吉爾吉斯斯坦留學生。
漢語好的人，肯定能找一個好的工作
隨著 “一帶一路 ”倡議的不斷推進，中國和吉爾吉斯斯坦多領域合作交流的深化，吉爾吉斯斯坦國內對漢語人才的需求近年來急劇增加，來華留學人數逐年攀升。比什凱克人文大學中國研究中心主任劉偉剛說：“近幾年隨著中國經濟的飛速發展，吉爾吉斯經濟對中國的依賴性越來越突出，體現在當地居民衣食住行的方方面面。因此，學習漢語成為當地青年就業謀生一個重要手段。漢語目前已經成為了最重要的外語。”
吉爾吉斯斯坦科學院漢學研究中心研究員索菲亞說著一口流利的帶著新疆口音的漢語。她曾在新疆財經大學學過兩年漢語。她說：“我告訴我的孩子，必須要好好上學。漢語好的人，肯定能找一個好的工作。學的越好，工作就會越好，工資也會高一些。掌握漢語，比別人多一些競爭力。現在吉爾吉斯斯坦有很多中國的公司，想找和中國有關的工作，必須有漢語水平等級證書”。
在吉爾吉斯斯坦首都比什凱克的瑪納斯大街上，有一家中文書店，每天都有大量的年輕人來到這里看書，參加中國文化講座。在這里我們遇到了一位本地的中文老師，她是這家書店的常客。她說：“我以前學漢語的時候沒有漢語課本，只有老師有一本書。她給我們復印，或者抄在黑板上。現在條件比以前好多了。有中文的書店，孔子學院，免費教學生們學習漢語。這里的年輕人都很想學習漢語，學好了可以去中國的公司工作。但是老師教的語音語調掌握不好，所以學漢語還是要去中國。”
我 以前從來沒有離開過家
出國留學能使年輕人和來自不同國家的人一起學習和生活，開闊眼界，增長閱歷，學會生活自理，在多方面得到鍛煉。但多數來中國留學的吉爾吉斯斯坦學生普遍年齡較小，多數是在本國剛完成高中學業，從沒有出過國，甚至都沒有離開過自己的家鄉。盡管有著種種擔心和不舍，但是父母還是放手讓孩子們單飛。
女留學生古麗來上海已經三年了。她之前在吉爾吉斯首都比什凱克的一所大學學習。她有點厭倦千篇一律的生活，希望能改變一下。經過朋友介紹，她來到上海留學。談起剛來時的那段經歷，她說：“有機會來中國讀書，非常激動，但是也有很多擔心的事情：我這么讀書？我沒學過中文，拼音什么都沒有學過，什么都不知道。我什么都聽不懂，也不能說，很困難。我第一次在外國有一種不安全地感覺。如果有什么問題，我也不能問父母，他們沒有辦法幫助我。我是一個非常害羞的女孩，從來沒有離開過家，更不要說去中國學習了。所以當我要來中國留學時，我的家人都很震驚，他們都不知道我在中國咋辦。”
中國高校留學生辦公室為留學生安排了班主任，負責日常事務的管理，還根據學生的漢語水平為他們配備了漢語教師。留學生們統一住在留學生宿舍樓，還有專門給穆斯林留學生開設的清真餐廳。
古麗說：“這里的老師對我們很好。雖然第一次離開家，但是很快就適應了。”
