Team Spirit
As an election candidate, my emphasis is to promote team spirit within our club. What does our club distinguish from other societies? Unity and uniqueness. To achieve this goal, I will put all my attention on the following four keys: 買粉絲munication, friendship, character building and teamworks.

depends on what is the definition of "making friends". To me, yes, some animals are intelligent enough to maintain a friendship with us.
13.In your opnion,what are the most important skills people need to get good jobs?Why?
買粉絲munication skills. Professional knowledge will never make anyone outstanding at graation.
14.Studens are not allowed to use cellphones at some high schools.What do you think about it?
This rule sux, but to be respectful, students should switch their mobile phones to silent mode ring lessons.

最近，我做了兩次關于成都頭馬英語演講俱樂部（Cheng Toastmasters Club）發展的引導式討論：如何留住老會員和吸引新會員？
昨天，我們在頭馬會員群線上繼續討論了這個話題。有三位會員發表了他們的感悟。
June：我說一下新會員的體會哈，只能以自己為例。我當初知道有頭馬俱樂部這個組織時，我在官網上查了一下，只知道成都有很多家，我也不知道哪家適合自己，就選了自己上下班方便的地方（有地鐵到達或騎車也可到達）而且是全英文的，所以就到了成都頭馬。當然是抱著試試看的心態來的，但來了以后，就發現自己不想離開了。因為想參加頭馬的人，都是或在工作或在上學的，帶著提升英語水平、公共演講水平、領導力水平的目的來的，來了以后，會發現這個集體氛圍很好。除了最初的目的，最重要是能讓人敞開胸懷，發現不一樣的自己。這個額外的收獲甚至比最初的目的還重要。而且我認為這更能吸引人留下。如果只是最初的目的，這個需要自律性的堅持，而且目的達到后，完全就可能離開了。而后面產生的這種依賴、信賴，是人一直都渴望的，很自然的需求。

我發現這個時代信息爆炸而專注力如此珍貴，手機上的文字大都是一掃而過。
在一個房間里坐下來，真誠地講和用心地聽，才算真正連接和擁有彼此。
還有Jason用英語分享了他的感悟。他是從澳洲留學回來的，他受西方文化影響頗深。回國后，他感覺渾身不自在。加入頭馬后，讓他有展現自我的空間，找回在國外的感覺。
對我來說，加入成都頭馬是為了提升我的自信心，鍛煉英語口語能力。
加入一年后，我在這兩個方面確實有所提升。但我還有一個更大的想法，我想把自己在頭馬學的，練習的，提煉出一個演講課程，然后出去分享。教，是最好的學。
我很快就完成在頭馬的第二十個演講。我希望自己在頭馬完成第二十個演講后，我能做一次演講課程，把自己的所感所悟分享出來，也讓自己的演講水平有一個質的提升。
